*Due to COVID-19 and delays in all postal providers, complications related to the ongoing issue. Orders can take longer to arrive. We will adjust as the COVID-19 situation progresses.*

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer physical exchanges. As you would have to burn the candle to know you did not like it. We do, however, offer replacements. If your not pleased with the candle you have chosen. We will replace it with a different scent or offer a refund, within reason.

Broken Candles

Occasionally a package gets handled a little more roughly than we would like and as our candles are housed in glass. There can be breakage. If your candle is broken please take a photo. Let us know via the contact page and dispose of the candle. We will gladly replace and ship it for you at no additional cost.

Disposing Of Your Jars and Excess Wax

You have used your candle and your wondering what to do next? Disposing of your jars and any excess wax is easy and we have included the steps below:

1: Remove the decorative ribbon and label. Dispose in the trash.

2: Take your jar and run it under hot water. Our soy wax is 100% natural and water solvable. The hot water will melt the excess wax and allow it to break up and wash clearly down the drain. Causing no harm to your sink, pipes or your cities water treatment. Once all the excess wax has been dissolved. The wick will pop up easily and can be put in the compost or trash depending on the city you live in.

3: Take the remaining jar and lid. Wash with hot soapy water if you would like to reuse the jar and lid. If you do not want to reuse it. Place both the jar and lids in your recycling bin. Jars in lids are accepted in every recycling program in North America.
